GUATEMALAN ORANGE JADEITE JADE
Here is a beautiful end cut of an orange/blue jade that we tumbled to smooth the edges. The orange color is very prominent throughout and it has a spot of blue one side. The translucency is good, as you can see from the photos. This could be made into jewelry for sure, but it makes an excellent palm or pocket stone as well.
Good translucency shows a rich orange color.
Measures: 56 x 43 x 11 mm
Our rough jadeite comes from the Motagua River Valley in Guatemala, where it can be found in the ground and stream. No heavy equipment or machinery is used.
This piece was shaped and smoothed at our shop in the USA.
